Your help is really appreciated. I recently got hit by the internet security 2010 virus and managed to get rid of it. Ever since then, my computer has not been normal. My searches get redirected, and I get a lot of pop-ups and errors. I have tried everything and nothing has helped me so I just want to restart my computer like brand -new but save microsoft office word and other important documents. I am in desperation at this point so your help is widely appreciated.
