I am looking to start dabbling with making my own little cartoon show with some sort of software. I am not very experinced in actual animation, but have story boards and such down.
What is the best bang for my buck? I would like the capability to create characters, have different backgrounds, set backgrounds, sound, sound recording, and be able to watch it like a normal show.
