I had some problems with my tom tom not staying on. A website said to copy the internal software and delete everything out of the system. Unfortunately, I did not copy the information correctly. Now I have a tom tom with no maps, no sound, and no drivers. How can I reinstall the information? The tom tom website is not helpful. Thank you.
