How Much Would Getting Ducts Connected Under A Mobile Home Cost?

I live in a mobile home in southern california and have a large A/C unit connected to the main part of the house. I live in the add-on room which has a very old A/C. I want to get rid of the old one and connect the new unit to the add-on room. Is this possible and if so, how much does something like this cost?
